WCP Inc. is a full service planning and environmental consulting firm with 35 years of corporate experience. Established in 1976 in Honolulu, Hawaii, WCP has branched out to include a satellite office in Kahului, Maui, and, most recently, is offering planning services in Beijing, China. Our corporate capacity enables our experienced staff to address projects wholistically, from conception to groundbreaking. Whether the project requires conceptual site planning, comprehensive and long-term master planning, environmental review services, or environmental sampling and monitoring, WCP has the experience and know-how to guide projects through to implementation.

WCP's capabilities, experience, and technical expertise have provided the company opportunities to work with a variety of clients on projects throughout the Hawaiian Islands, the Pacific Basin, and Asia. To date, our project experience extends from Hawaii to Micronesia, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, and China, and throughout the Pacific Islands. Our highly qualified staff of culturally diverse planners and environmental consultants are adept at identifying and understanding the needs of our clients from an array of backgrounds. Our language capabilities include English, German, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Vietnamese.
