WCP has extensive project experience providing planning and environmental services, especially as it relates to preparation of EAs and EISs and Hazardous, Toxic, and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) projects. Since 1990, WCP has been awarded six consecutive Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity prime contracts for environmental studies and investigations by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District. We also have been awarded two prime contracts by NAVFAC Pacific, one for preparation of environmental impact documents and related services, and one (as a joint venture) for remedial actions. WCP has also served as an environmental subconsultant on five contracts—two U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Far East District Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts and three Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Hawaii Comprehensive Long-Term Environmental Action Navy contracts (CLEAN II, III, and IV).
WCP has undertaken more than 340 task orders under these contracts reflecting the spectrum of services we offer including HTRW characterization, environmental impact review, air and water quality technical studies, noise evaluations, biological and cultural resources studies and monitoring, remedial investigations, feasibility studies, remedial actions, hazardous materials inspections, and community relations and public outreach.
